Are your translations done by “human beings”?
At MI Translations, all of our work is performed by native speakers who have several years of experience in their fields of expertise. To ensure quality, each translation is proofread by an editor before being delivered to the client.

How fast can you complete and deliver my translation?
We determine the delivery date based on the length and difficulty of the text. If you need it delivered faster, we do offer rush and overnight translations for an additional fee.

Do you need originals to translate immigration documents?
No, scanned or faxed copies are sufficient for our translation needs.

Which documents need to be certified and/or notarized?
Documents that need to be certified, notarized or both can include birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees or certificates, death certificates, wills, trusts, academic transcripts, diplomas and more.

How should I send my documents to you?
Simply attach a file to an email or send it via our Quote page. You can also send documents via fax at (855) 558-2740

How will I receive the translations?
Translations are sent via email, however we can also provide hard copies upon request.

In what format will you deliver the translation?
We will send the translation in the same format that you send us the original.

How many copies will I receive for certified translations that are delivered by mail?
We provide one copy per standard quote, but you can request additional copies at extra cost.

How do I send payments to you?
You have several options to remit payment, including credit card, debit card or Paypal. Each option is conveniently outlined on our payment page .

How do I place my order for your translation services?

Translations Confidentiality

At MI Translations, we understand that many of the documents we translate contain personal information or have not yet been released to the public. We guarantee confidentiality and take all legal and technical precautions to ensure this. We’re committed to making sure your information is secure and private.

Each one of our translators must comply with a strict confidentiality requirement. We’re happy to provide you with a signed, standard NDA (nondisclosure agreement) or we will sign your NDA (with certain conditions). Please contact us for more details on confidentiality.
